****LEADERS:  a special note to you...YOU are the only one who sees most of these notes...please make sure to pass this information along to all the members of your group so that they are aware of them as well.

We want your group-evening hayride to be a positive experience for everyone involved, so we have a few common sense rules to remember ~ Special Considerations:

  • Please do not wear valuable jewelry, it has been known to find it's way to the bottom of a wagon without it's wearer's knowledge and then very difficult to find.
  • Keep your cell phones, cameras and keys safely guarded...they have also been known to find their way to the bottom of a straw-filled wagon and are very difficult to retrieve all in one piece.
  • Do not throw straw ~ out of courtesy to the following hayrides who do not enjoy their ride with little bits of straw :)
  • Alcohol is NOT permitted due to insurance regulations.
  • Children 18 and under must be accompanied by an adult at all times on the hayride and at the campsite.
  • If your group arrives late, your hayride time may be shortened.  We also cannot guarantee late-comers quick access to the campfire.
  • We recommend traveling to the Farm in a caravan if at all possible. 
  • Please have your payment/money gathered before arriving to your campsite.

Hayride Payments:

We provide you a private site, campfire and Hayride for a minimum cost of $100 per group, which is also the deposit amount required...once you reach 15 people it is $9 per person, children 3 and under are always free.   We can handle groups of 15 - 250 people at a particular hayride time 6:00, 7:00 or 8:00 pm.  We can also provide the same amenities for a group of less than 10 for the same great price of $100.  Anyone coming onto the Fulton Farm property will be required to pay the $9 entry price...thanks so much for your cooperation in this area.  ***You may arrive at the campsite early and stay late if you would like, but we do need to know your arrival time so that we can get everyone safely to their campsite.

The $100 deposit is due 14 days before your hayride date.  If we do not receive a deposit we will automatically cancel your reservation with a phone confirmation.  This policy assures each group gets the best possible time slot for their event.  We do accept personal checks and cash payments the night of your hayride.  We no longer can accept MC/Visa payments for your hayride.

***We do offer refunds of your deposit or rain dates due to bad weather, but only if we cancel the event.  It may be raining in your area and not on the Farm ~ if you do not show up for your hayride, we have the right to keep your deposit.
